The New Zealand Resuscitation Council is the guideline and standard setting body for resuscitation in New Zealand. The Council was established in 1996 to: Foster and promote excellence and consistency, in the education and practice of resuscitation Provide a forum for discussion and a resource for people involved in the research and training of resuscitation.
The Council produces written guidelines, books, posters and other educational resources, and has training officers who certify instructors at lay and health professional levels. |
